Objective: Examine how the EU AI Act and the UK Online Safety Act regulate AI-generated non-consensual deepfakes as gender-based violence, focusing on victim protection, accountability, and gendered harms.

Outcome:
Policy brief comparing EU and UK approaches, identifying regulatory gaps, and proposing feminist governance–informed recommendations to better address AI-enabled gender-based violence.
